Refund policy

At J.Castle, we provide digital products and services designed to deliver immediate business value.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered.

However, we stand behind the quality of our work and offer the following:

1. Digital Products (Templates, Systems, Blueprints)

  • Once files or access links are delivered, refunds are not available.
  • If you experience technical issues or cannot access your purchase, we will resolve the issue promptly.

2. Service-Based Offers (Setup / Installation)

  • If a service has not yet been started, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Once work has begun, refunds are not applicable.

3. Exceptional Cases
We may issue refunds at our discretion in cases such as:

  • Duplicate purchases
  • Failure to deliver the product/service
  • Major technical defects that cannot be resolved
